Let it snow

Just before Christmas, I decorated the windows of our living room with tatted snowflakes that I made a few years ago. That, and the snow we had between Christmas and New Year, inspired me to pull out my shuttles and start tatting snowflakes again. Here's my first of the year - it's the Frosted Flower Snowflake from Samantha Melnychuk's A Veritable Tatted Blizzard.

What a lovely idea! I've always wanted to make a little "blizzard" hanging from the ceiling with fishing line dangling little tatted snowflakes! Sounds like a lovely sight in your window and this snowflake is beautiful.

nice snowflake. I received a bunch of Samanthas snowflakes from her in an exchange once, they are all very lovely! Can't wait to see what you tat for the 25 motif challenge!

Thank you for the lovely comments. The window looked very pretty and I'm hoping I'll have tatted enough for another couple of windows when I've finished the challenge.
